GYRO/DEVIATION SURVEY
Calculate borehole/cased well attitude by sensing azimuth and inclination of the sonde. The gyroscopic survey uses high-speed Litton gyros for azimuth and a two-axis accelerometer for inclination. The deviation survey uses a magnetometer for azimuth and accelerometers for inclination.
Plots are presented in polar and vertical projections with dogleg severity and closure. Projections are also presented in tabular format. AWWA A100-15 Standards can be supplied for plumbness, misalignment, and effective pump diameter for a specific depth.
